        Discovered a problem that needed dealing with late on a Sunday night, contacted the company via email expecting to follow up the following morning. But they got back to me that evening, came out promptly the following morning, full inspection of our situation, advice given and program started. Follow up call backs as part of the package. Very impressed with prompt service, and professionalism of the company.

        Highly recommended , I had a terrible problem with rats in the loft and crawl spaces of my house a few months ago. I live in Terrence housing, so as it turned out I wasn't the only one with the rat problem, as the rats were traveling through my house and 4 other neighbour's properties using the loft. Rob was great, he was professional, thorough and I felt comftable in his presence. He not only fixed the problem inside my house but he quicky found the source of entry from the outside of the properties a few doors down , fixing the problem for all to us .It's been a good few months now and myself and the neighbours haven't heard a peep. Thank you Rob :) x
