Las Iguanas - Center Parcs Woburn

Birthday meal booked for 16 people. I can honestly say this was one of the worse meals food and experience wise I have ever had. The servers were miserable not very helpful and also on their phones. If I hadnt paid a deposit I would have walked out. Will never return. I always leave a tip for the first time ever I requested service charge removed and did not leave a tip.

On entering the restaurant the host was polite, our food came to us on a robot server which got stuck at the end of the isle we were sat on, the robot then decided to go back to the kitchen. We then had to wait for a human server to bring it over and she wasnt at all pleasant to say the least, the food was then partially cold due to doing laps of the restaurant on a robot that isnt any good and is very pointless. We then Politely asked to remove center parts 7.5 % standard tip as we didnt think this service was worth tipping. The host then seemed to have a bee in his bonnet about having to go back to the till and making a new receipt with the tip removed. We have had las iguanas at other parcs and they have been very high standard but this one. Not impressed and wouldnt return.

Sat here now!!!! 16 person family meal, meals edible but only just, staff miserable with very poor attitude, staff also on phone instead of serving, , had run out of zero alcohol beers, would not reccommend eating here, find anywhere else

Spend last weekend at centre Parcs, went for lunch with my wife to the best Restaurant, we had a nice burrito and I drank I lovely caipirinha. I was served by a lovely chap called Carlos. I think he's from Brazil he recommended the caipirinha, the best service I have had, and highly recommended Carlos. The experience was amazing, Food os ok, but the service was the best.

Dont order the jerk chicken. It was the toughest, driest chicken I have ever had, not kidding! It was plain fried chicken topped with barbeque sauce. Absolutely disappointed. Staff were friendly, cant fault them. My partner enjoyed his Xinxim so maybe the rest of the menu was fine. I just made the wrong choice.
