        I am a hobbyist and have fun working with robots, especially Kawasaki - and here the (old) C-Controller/FS-Arms which were mostly in service around 1995-2005 (or so). I had a problem with a Teach Pendant, which LCD-Screen was smashed. Long story short: Even with the OEM-Partnumber it was IMPOSSIBLE to find a spare-screen for a "reasonable" price - if at least available. Got a hint in the Robot-Forum from our Moderator Kwakisaki to get in touch with GLOBALROBOTS UK and figure out what might be possible in terms of spare/parts-only TPs. THIS WAS THE BY FAR BEST HINT EVER: Got in contact with GLOBALROBOTS and with Lianne, Service & Spare Parts Manager @ GLOBALROBOTS, we found a more than perfect solution. With this dedication to service and customer, even if it is a hobbyist like me, i think no professional should hesitate to chose GLOBALROBOTS as their service partner or dealer for anything in robotics. If i could give another 5 stars, i would do it. Thank you, Lianne, thanks GLOBALROBOTS.
