I just wanted to say a big thank you to the friendly staff, especially Shannon, who was very helpful in quickly resolving a booking problem as me and my Cat Pickle are new to the area! Thank you so much and keep up the good work! Apart from the journey, Pickle was happy too!

They have not had a vet for 3 months. Absolutely no point in being registered with them as they just send you to the Headcorn or Ashford branches.

Previously had a great experience when my dog was diagnosed with Vestibular Disease. The team were fabulous. He was put on medication for life. More recently, one vet said to take him off that medication to see how he got on? Also was written a prescription for a fraction of the normal amount of medication, which they did rectify. Never see the same vet twice now. Such a shame. My other dog has a ruptured joint capsule. They tried to drain it. The bandage was so tight, her paw became twice the size. This hasn't gone well as the swelling has increased and the puncture site has started leaking again, even with my best efforts to keep this clean, we had a trip to the emergency vets costing me over 400. I was recommended a medication i you can't even get in this country. I will be moving.
