What a relief to be a Pink Connect customer! I had been with a major mobile network for 23 years. Frankly, they had me by the short and curlies because they were the only provider with signal in my house. You might have thought they would value such loyalty, that they would understand that a satisfied customer is worth ten times a prospect. Sadly, I was nothing more than a direct debit to exploit. Fortunately, technology moves on and other providers became an option and I was able to switch. The contrast between my experience with you at Pink Connect and the Big Name could not be more stark. Im no longer a number, Im a name. I no longer have to talk to call centres or chat bots. I no longer have to hold in a queue for hours, only to be cut off or told Computer says no!. Instead, I have an account manager who answers any queries himself, on the same day. Its no longer a transactional purchase weighted against me; its a relationship. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you Jules at Pink Connect for making the phone transition so smooth and uncomplicated. Jules came into the office preparing all the phones and you wouldnt have known he was here. Very efficient and no disruption and very agreeable to times when it would be convenient when running our business. The training we received was excellent and very thorough. Would highly recommend Jules and his team.
