The most thorough, detailed survey you could get. Maps, photos, plans, suggestions on how improvements could be made. I was blown away by the contents of the survey and very appreciative of the extra information it contained. I also emailed Jonathan to ask advice regarding something to do with the property holding up my house purchase and he went out of his way to give me information. Cant recommend highly enough. Fantastic service.

We arranged a level 3 building survey and have found the service of Weald & City Surveyors to be excellent. Tim's report was very thorough and his findings were supported by pictures and recommendations. After we had time to read through the report, he was happy to have a call to discuss any sections we needed advice or further clarification on. We would thoroughly recommend Weald & City Surveyors!

We engaged Tim to conduct a listed building survey for our new property. In short the level of service and detail was exceptional. Tim took the time to really understand our concerns, made recommendations for improvements and directed me to tradesmen to gain quotes. A quality company and highly recommend. In fact we are engaging them again for another purchase
