Service is now very concerning. Three times I have tried to collect a prescription and each time they were closed during normal hours of operation.

Understaffed. Those that are there do their best to provide a good service, but Lloyds has taken the decision to squeeze the site dry. Blame H/O, not the staff.

This place is disgusting. TELL ME WHY WHEN I WALK IN I SEE A LADY EATING ICECREAM AT THE BACK OF THE PHARMACY?? THEN LIKES IT NORMAL, SHE PROCEEDS TO PUT THAT ICE CREAM FULL OF GOODNESS ONTO HER MASK OF MADNESS THEN WALK UP TO ME LIKE SHE DID SOMETHING NO APOLOGY FOR THE UNHYGIENIC PRACTICES. IF I COULD GIVE YOU A 0 I WOULD BUT YOU KNOW I CANT SO IM GIVING YOU A 1. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE I DO MYSELF. SIGNED GOOGLE REVIEWER.

This must be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Rude staff, poor service, dreadful processing of prescriptions, often closed as no pharmacist available. Cranbrook needs another pharmacy - somebody help us!

I returned for the second time on a Saturday - the first time I arrived they were closed for an hour for lunch ( wow what high street business can afford to turn away their Saturday lunchtime trade !?!?) the prescription wasnt ready and I was told there wasnt time to do it I offered to come back again (!) later in the day but told dont bother as they still wont have the time!!! Despite me saying my husband really needed the medication I was told to come back Monday ( 48 hours later!) . I was told they dont communicate with the GP service so if your GP tells you the prescription will be ready the next day please bare in mind Lloyds Cranbrook do not feel obliged to support this in anyway. Overall I found the staff uncaring, unsympathetic and unhelpful- the irony of these people working in a health care profession !
