        I went into the Gants Hill branch earlier today and I had an awful experience. All the stuff were rude in taking and making my order, and it took over 20 minutes for a simple crepe and a coffee, even though it wasnt busy. On top of that, they were all on their phones and my plate came with A DEAD FLY on it, and the napkin they gave me was already used. Its safe to say I will NOT be coming back and would like a refund please.
