        Very impressed with the customer service at this shop - when an item in my online order in January was unavailable, Kate shipped it to me later when the supplier had started making the item again after lockdown and included some treats in the box as a bonus! Everything was very carefully wrapped too. Thank you, Kate!

        Happy & Glorious is my favourite gift shop in Kent! Kate, the owner and window-dresser extraordinaire, has an incredible eye for finding the sort of gems you'd ordinarily have to go into 20 shops to unearth - there really is something for everyone, for every price point, and from small treats to big special occasion gifts. I'm so grateful that shops like Kate's - special local spots, where so much care is taken and everyone is given wonderful treatment - still exist.
