Andy was so empathetic and listening to all of our family's wishes in helping us plan a send off for our Dad. He gave us some great ideas we wouldn't have previously thought off, in the end it was everything we wanted. Thank you!

Andy was so caring and thoughtful and helped us organise the most wonderful celebration of Eric's life. I really would recommend as a great alternative to traditional undertakers.

I found Andy to be empathic, patient, helpful, at a time when you most need a sensitive response. I also particularly liked his office with its comfy armchairs, candlesmost unlike funeral directors rooms that I have seen in the past. He has helped our family far too many times over the last few months, so am hoping not to work with him again, but would certainly recommend his services.

A heartfelt thank you to a wonderful funeral director. Andy provided gentle guidance and reassurance when I initially made contact with him a few months before mum died. He was then immediately available to support me on the Sunday evening when she died at home. Andy carefully guided us through all stages of the funeral arrangements at a pace which allowed time for reflection and for us to express our love for mum whilst respecting her specific wishes. Andy created a beautifully defined space so that we could spend time with mum on the day of her funeral. To also be given the opportunity to weave a part of her willow coffin will always be a cherished memory. This hands on, intimate approach facilitated by Andy without any judgement was so therapeutic and loving during our painful journey to say goodbye. I cannot recommend Andy enough. His professionalism and genuinely kind, generous nature more than helped through a difficult time. Andy first helped me in October 2021 after my mother passed away. His attention to detail and tolerance of me entering unchartered waters were second to none. He and his colleagues were outstanding every step of the way. Sadly, we had a second death in the family shortly after, so plans I had initially to scatter my mother's ashes were put to one side. Before any other plans could be made, I had to return to my home in Australia. Andy was able to help me with an urn via email and has cared for her since, until a family member was able to collect her and take over her care until I can make it back. I have not had to deal with a funeral director before, so being able to ring Andy and ask anything of him, was very comforting. Holly's Funerals not a "run of the mill" funeral company. It is much more personal.
