        Julian is very unhelpful. I got unregistered as a patient after I moved house without knowing, I explained I still need my medication and am running very low right now as my prescription has been on hold for the last week and Julian laughed and told me that's my problem now. At least I'll never have to deal with him ever again.

        Very helpful staff, nothing seems too much trouble and, unlike my previous practice, it is easy to see Dr. Hindmarsh who sees you without a stopwatch so you have plenty of time to discuss your ailments. All in all a great asset to Cranbrook !!
