        dear sir /madam,i purchased a project kit (MUSICAL U.F.O) COULD YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME AS TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE SPEAKER WIRES,AS THE UNIT WILL NOT OPERATE THE MANUAL IS RATHER VAGUE , I HAVE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER,IF YOU COULD ASSIST ME IT WOULD BE MOST HELPFUL.,I SPOKE TO STEVE FROM YOUR TECHNICAL DEPT AUSSIE TIME AT ABOUT 11.45PM HE WAS MOST HELPFUL WITH MY PROBLEM,ITS GREAT TO HAVE OLD TIME SERVICE LIKE THIS ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU ALL AT THAMES KOSMOS

        A fantastic company that really helped out. I have a son who managed to get hold of a game and eat a couple of the cards from the box, making the game unplayable. A message made through their website was responded to 30 minutes later asking me what I needed to replace to make the game whole again. I received post the very next day containing the replacement cards. This was fantastic customer service and I really highly rate this company.
