I was both shocked and disappointed to be charged IN FULL for several items that had been reduced in price. Illegal is one word that comes to mind !!
The clientele seems to be the 'lower end' of the market. Not what I would have expected in Cranbrook, but everyone has to shop somewhere !!
It is also a shame that the CO-OP seems to be following the latest craze/hype of gin to the detriment of other types of liquor.
An update January 2022.
The store has had a refit a while ago and is now a very decent store. Shelves can be a little bit gappy, but I put that down to problems with HGV driver shortage.
Now a smart, clean impressive store and now worthy of 5 stars .
