        One of the worst customer service poor behaviour to wards customers.

        Unfortunately very bad experience I call them on the phone they supposed to Close at 17:30 and I spoke with them at 17:27 I told them my brother is going to be there I 1 MINUTS! They said ok and then my brother was there at 17:29 and they had the doors closed already. As a regular customer they shouldnt do that to me or they supposed to say sorry we already closed and thats all not lying.

        Came to sallys for hair extensions for a wedding the next day, wasnt really sure on wat type to get they offered great customer service particularly Leila at the front who listened and gave me great advice, honestly felt like I was talking to a mate. Thank you so much Leila for your kindness and honesty
