        Everything is fine until there is a problem. Bought some shoes within 3 weeks one of the eyelets had broken. Fine, sent them back, had to chase for 2 weeks to get a refund sorted, still waiting 3 weeks later for a refund to be sorted on my postage both on my order and my return. Never respond to emails for 5+ days after sending. Very poor customer service.
