Staff answering the phones extremely helpful when finding out how to return equipment, unfortunately the staff in the warehouse are totally different matter. None of them wearing masks, they didn't come to the door when i rang it and when i did eventually mange to the get the attention of someone he extremely patronising and might a right fuss about what door i went out of. I actually wouldn't have had to enter the building if you answered the bell. Very poor customer service.
