If something on the menu says a desert is on offer for 1.99 with a meal, then it shouldn't matter if you decide you want it before or after the meal, it should still apply regardless. How are you supposed to know if you want a desert before you have your main meal, surely it makes sense that people would order it after a meal if they still have room. If it doesn't state you have to order it with the main meal then that's technically misuse of advertising anyway. Not very happy.
