Cramlington Post Office

I wanted to change the taxation class of my motorbike as it is over 40 years old and can be classed as historic. I checked the DVLAs website for what documents I needed and took them along to this Post office. The woman behind the counter looked at my documents and said we don't do that. I pointed out that the DVLAs instructions on there website but still "nothing to do with us" was the reply. I returned home and contacted DVLA, they said she was either new at her job or had been badly trained as my documents were correct. I have to say she was abrupt and rude with the charisma of a block of ice, certainly not helpful. I travelled to the Post Office in Seaton Delaval and re-classed my motorbike in two minutes with the exact same documents. Retraining is needed as well as customer relations I will never use Cramlington Post office again one rotten ignorant apple

This Post Office may be part of the asda store but the post office staff with brillant fast and very friendly with every thing i required from the post office.... I have dyslexia and have loads of trouble with reading and writing.... and they were fantastic.... thank you so so much.... it was because I needed to get my driving licence renewed.....and had been to three other post offices in Gosforth. forest Hall and another one... and they told me that they couldn't help me at all and didn't have the software to help.... I was even told from the post mistress in Gosforth to go away and she wasn't gonna help me.... she was very very rude.... xxx

There ok but I use the one at Dudley they are the best and are most helpful.

Inefficient, slow service Disinterested staff equally as slow as the service they provide Queue out the door, only one cashier on despite another two sitting there with the closed sign up not sure how difficult a concept it is to grasp but serve the whole queue be sorted sooner then get back to doing what you were doing nothing The worst post office I've had the misfortune to need to go to
