Total joke two parcels from Amazon Got an email saying Royal Mail tried to deliver at 06.17 this morning however no one answered Rubbish we we in and ring doorbell didnt pick anybody up no card left We work NHS land simply can pick up at depot (8-10am) how do they get away with this clearly no one is reading the glowing reviews

went to collect my parcel after seeing it was open until 12pm and it was shut at 10am with a notice on the gate how is anyone who actually works full time supposed to collect Important parcels? and why do you keep changing the opening times absolutely ridiculous sort it out man

Not open when their own website said they are. Even the person on customer service said they were open longer! Opening times are 08:00 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday. We'll looks like I can't get my package until next week now!
