    I first went to Richard's Rebuild Bootcamp to slim down for my wedding but I enjoyed them so much I kept going and have been going for nearly a year! I went at first on my own which I was nervous about, but after my first session everybody was so friendly and Richard really looked after me that I felt really comfortable and at ease. There's a wide variety of people and fitness levels and Richard looks after us and challenges us individually which gives the bootcamp a personal touch. I go twice a week sometimes three, depending on if I have time - the flexibility is really great. My fitness levels have greatly improved - I feel so much fitter than I did before I started - I couldn't even do one press up before I went and now I do them all the time! Each session really is varied that I never get bored - we do a mixture of HIIT, cardio, weight training, boxing - to name a few - and Richard keeps it fun by playing games and coming up with new challenges. I would thoroughly recommend Richard's bootcamps whether you are super fit or just beginning!

    Richard has been training me for over two years - both via 1-to-1 PT sessions and group bootcamps - and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. His approach is well-researched, tailored, goal-oriented and - perhaps most importantly - enjoyable. I can honestly say that I look forward to every session. Richard keeps the training varied, introducing elements from HIIT, weights/resistance training, body-weight exercises, boxing, stretching, plyometrics, and more. He has also advised me on nutrition and supplements, ensuring these support my training and are aligned to my goals. The results speak for themselves too - with Richard's help, I'm fitter and stronger than ever before, I've smashed several new PBs in the gym and I'm eating healthier (and enjoying it!).     I have been attending Richards bootcamp sessions for almost a year now and absolutely love each and every session. They are so varied, challenging and well planned, focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardio, weights, boxing and HIIT, and targeting all the different muscle groups. Richard includes fun games and challenges which really stretch us and keep us all motivated and interested. I feel so much better in myself since starting Richards bootcamps - fitter, healthier, more toned and flexible. This is the first time I have stuck to an exercise group and I can honestly say that it is never a chore to go; I always look forward to each session and feel great afterwards! Richard is a brilliant motivator and is skilled at adapting exercises to the abilities of each individual so that you feel that you are being pushed out of your comfort zone just enough. The people who attend are really friendly and support and encourage one another. I would thoroughly recommend Rebuild bootcamps and urge anyone who is looking to improve their fitness, strength and stamina to give them a go.

    I have been training with Richard for the past three months, and feel that my fitness and strength has come on in leaps and bounds in this time. I started training with Richard because I wanted to build up my fitness, and increase my flexibility and core strength. Before I had any sessions, I experienced a lot of upper back pain and neck pain, probably made worse by being desk-based at work. Since training with Richard, my aches and pains have completely gone, and it has had a positive impact on not only my fitness levels, but also my mood generally. Richard is a fantastic teacher and trainer. He is friendly, approachable and encouraging. He is so positive in the sessions, and helps me to believe in myself. He helps me to reach goals which we set together. I have total faith in him because of his knowledge and his wealth of experience in this field. I would happily recommend Richard's services to anyone.
