I ordered two sets of boxes from R+R in one, single order. Firstly, the first set of boxes were delivered to an INCORRECT address. They were delivered to my Billing address instead of my Shipping address. (No refund of shipping was given). The second set weren't delivered at all. I was then emailed by a member of their customer service team called Thomas. He advised that the second set of boxes weren't in stock (despite there being no information on their website to suggest that this particular size wasn't available) and that there would be a 2 week lead time on these. Due to this extended lead time, I requested a refund. Two weeks later, I had no response to my refund request. I called Thomas following up on my refund, however, as he advised me that the boxes were now in stock I asked him to deliver them instead of issuing me a refund. One week later, I had still received no boxes. I called Thomas again asking for an update on the second set of boxes to which he said that they had been delivered. Delivered where? Delivered when? I had no tracking information and my number was not associated with the shipment so I had no notification when this order was out for delivery. I advised Thomas that we weren't in receipt of these boxes to which he said we had two options: 1) Take it up with DPD myself 2) Purchase more boxes From start to finish this whole experience has been a nightmare. Communication has not been forthcoming - I've had to pick up the phone every single time to request an update from Thomas and now, I'm one set of boxes down. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

First class service from Amanda and the team, R&R Packaging donated disposable cups for our charity fundraiser before Christmas. They were ready to collect the day after I spoke to Amanda in the office, the team dealt with the collection in a very friendly and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this company.

The sales team are always a pleasure to deal with. Today I placed a call to get a delivery for tomorrow. Amanda said shed do her best and would contact the warehouse immediately, but couldnt guarantee anything. I just got a text from DPD saying my order will arrive tomorrow. Amanda clearly did her best, and I appreciate it immensely. Thank you!
