        Went to this store today. In shock at some of the prices, 30 for 2nd hand scruffy jackets? 5 for worn childrens books. Greed as always with these bigger chains. They need to remember who they are & who their clientele are.

        I have always found the staff in the shop very pleasant and helpful, I have supported the bhf for the last 20 years and I think everyone does a wonderful job.
