Durham Bed Centre - Manor Walks Shopping Centre - Cramlington

Can't give this company a lower rating or I would, customer service is absolutely diabolical, communication is shocking, no phone calls when you are promised, this is the second time u have used them, giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time when multiple issues and then more patience on the second time when there was issues but my advice is stay away if you want decent service.

Seemingly great customer service in the shop, however disgusting customer service when there is a problem! Dont expect anyone to answer the phone or return a call from an already full voicemail box. Chat function on website useless! Got through to customer service HQ eventually who expected me to keep ringing them back to chase the right person. Im left with the incorrect item (cheaper than I paid) in my home with no resolve. Never again customer services please feel free to call me to resolve this issue like Ive requested!

Lovely service in store however delays to delivery that were not communicated. Refund requested and two months later reviewed nothing. Avoid

Went to store with the intention of ordering a new bed but there was no one serving.only staff member was chatting on the phone (clearly not a business call )and didn't seem to to even notice me.not a good customer experience with this company.
