        Not as cheap as they clain. Carpet Right next door was cheaper with more selection of vinly and carpets

        We went a few weeks ago to look at carpets for stairs and passage way.Service great but not intrusive. We were left to look around but were made aware if we needed help just to ask. We chose one, friendly service ,arrangement made to have measurements taken . Again rang when they were on there way and on day of fitting they arrived promptly phoned to let me know they were on there way.Great job will always use this firm from now on.

        We had an appointment booked in for mid morning to which didnt show up. No phone call and waited in till late afternoon. I rang the Cramlington store to explain, to which I got the response of theres nowt we can do about it?? Very unprofessional and wouldnt recommend.
