        I visited and purchased a carpet and underlay from my local store. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Angela who personally assisted with the purchase. I was very happy with the stock and the options to purchase. Will definitely use them again.

        What a positive experience. We were greeted by Linda who asked if we needed help, as we did not she showed us the location of her desk if we needed her, and we were left to browse at our leisure. When we required help, nothing was too much trouble. Linda discussed various options and gave us some excellent advice a rough price. The quote was done the day after and we were allowed to borrow samples to make our final choice in our home. Very happy with Linda's excellent customer service and we are looking forward to a new carpet soon.
