        Having used Philipsons for many years with a service second to none I have to say it pains me to write this negative review! I arranged for my car to be MOTd a week ago and was given a satisfactory date however upon arriving at 9.45am there was no one available. After waiting for nearly an hour I phoned and left a message on the answering service. No one returned my call. I do understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances but not to reply to a voicemail explaining the situation is unacceptable and in my opinion no way to run a business
