First and last time I bring my business to these clowns. Took my car in on Monday to have repairs as it had failed it's mot on the emissions test. I also requested another MOT after the work was finished... Went to pick my car up on the Thursday only to be told it had failed its emissions test. But at least they had replaced a part of the exhaust.. Ive had to pay this company 164.00 to leave with the same problem I came in with, despite them having my Car for 4 days!! This business is anything but 5 star. Incompetent. Untrustworthy. Dodgy. Now I'm off to the ombudsman. Response to owner - a replacement exhaust was never requested. Your lazy employees have assumed that a new exhaust was needed without performing any correct tests, checks or any investigation into the cause of the emissions. So of course it failed again. As stated above, I left with the same issue I came in with. Unacceptable. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Needed my screen wash pump replaced and they fixed it quickly - they are our first garage option to go to for the MOT as well ! Amazing job every time
