        Went into TUI Cramlington to book a short break away . We were cheerfully greeted by Caitlan who patiently went through all of our requirements. After deciding on our holiday Caitlan explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. We came away knowing we'd definitely be back to book our next holiday. Great customer service thank you Caitlan
