        A convenient spot for fuel being just around the corner from my business premises. Staff are always friendly. Always clean in shop and on forecourt. On the downside, everything in the shop seems a bit pricey.

        Rebecca brought a newish car 69 reg fron cramlington Ford, Cramlington. Malcolm excellent sales man / manager. Outstanding service on line and face to face. Went that extra mile for our daughter and loves her new car. Well done to a wonderful team at cramlington Ford. Very happy indeed. Best wishes for the future.

        Just purchased 2 x Ford Focus's for myself and my father-in-law and can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Cramlington Ford and Malcolm , nothing was too much trouble and exemplary service throughout from initial enquiry to delivery to our door 300 miles away !! what I would call 'PROPER' service . Would not hesitate to use them again even given the distance we are apart .
