        Mark went out of his way to source a particular watch for a birthday present, regularly keeping in contact and updating (even just to confirm he was still looking over a 4 month period!). No other jeweller provided as good a service. It is a well run family business and they show that they care. Excellent service.

        Exceptional customer service from this amazing jewellers. Shamin & Sheila were fantastic, warm and welcoming from the minute we walked through the door. They took the time to listen to the reason for our visit and recommended the most perfect style of jewellery to us. They were interested in our story and made choosing our jewellery a very personal and pleasurable experience...they could not do enough for you. The flowers on our final visit were an added special touch...massive thank you to you both.

        2nd watch I have bought from here! The first was at Morpeth! Was just passing by and thought I would pop in and see what luxury watches they had. Ended up with a beautiful Tag at a great price! Great staff and very helpful and friendly! I hate pushy sales people and this was a stress free purchase for me! So stress free they are on the look out for another watch for my partner! Would highly recommend much better service than any other jewellers I have been to!

        Really tidy shop, helpful staff, not the cheapest but quality costs money. Would definitely recommend. Gave them a 32yr old wedding ring to be resized and it came back like a brand new ring, fabulous customer service This is your 1 stop shop.
