Ive just completed the 6 week transformation programme and lost 21.7lbs. I would recommend the challenge for anyone looking for a kickstart on their weight loss journey. The classes are suited for mixed abilities and there a range of class times throughout the day to suit everyone

I completed the 6 week challenge and lost 21lbs. The diet is varied enough to follow easily - yes it feels like a diet and it takes adjustment but theres plenty options to add flavour so if youre adventurous then youll do well! The classes are fun and regardless of level of fitness you will find you can follow all of the classes and see your own fitness levels shoot up so quickly it becomes exciting! Would definitely recommend for anyone that needs a kick in to weight loss and fitness. Ive joined my second 6 week programme and cant wait to see the end results!

Yet again Elite Cramlington didn't disappoint and delivered. I took part in the 6 week 20 lbs loss challenge. The journey had it's up and downs but the workouts and menu had me loose 24lbs in 6 weeks. I've tried a million different plans by lots of different so called experts but the only plan that has worked for me is this one. Thank you Elite Cramlington for helping me achieve my weight loss.

Very happy to recommend Elite Cramlington. Gave me a real kick-start to losing my first 20 lbs. Staff are really friendly and helpful making themselves available for questions and support at all times. The app is really helpful to keep in touch with the team and is another source of motivation.
