A first class service from start to finish! If you like attention to detail and prefer to deal with a company who really do want to give 100% in terms of achieving the end result youre looking for, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Fires in Stone. After meeting Christine, who was very helpful, at the showroom in Cramlington, Neil visited our home and spent time listening to our (very particular) ideas, making sure that we had a clear understanding of what was agreed before our fitting date. Chris, Stu and Mark did an incredible job and are the tidiest workmen ever! Chris consulted with us throughout the job and nothing was a bother. A great team all round and a family company with very good values and excellent customer service. We couldnt be more happy with our fireplace - Thank you to all involved.

Last month Neil and his fantastic team from Fires in Stone built us an amazing fireplace and installed a log burner. I would highly recommend this lovely family business. We cant thank them enough for the extremely professional installation they carried out. The process went beyond our expectations. The team were very pleasant and friendly and certainly very considerate of our carpets which were well covered. They cleaned up and left the room immaculate. Our fireplace looks amazing and we are delighted with the end result. It is rare to find a company that you can trust these days to do a great job. The whole process was stress free for us. Thank you all very much again. A job brilliantly done.

We had our new log burner installed today by Neil and his team. We are absolutely delighted with both their service and the result. I was always worried about getting along burner but my husband has always wanted one. Wish I had agreed ages ago and its beautiful and the heat it gives off is incredible!!! 5*
