        A savaloy dip absolutely vile Dry no flavour probably worst in north east. Over 4 gave it to the dog I wouldnt buy anything in this shop again

        Had one of the steak pies tonight. Too much pastry, hardly any meat, plenty gristle. Horrible

        Went into your store yesterday got served by a thin woman with glasses. I asked for a cheese savoury sandwich look in fridge sandwiches already soi did no cheeses I told her she just glared at me then started making one. Then I asked for a few more things she told me I can help myself as I'm standing with my arm up all bandage d her customer service was shocking I asked for a bag she plonked it on the counter I had to ask my daughter to come inside to pack it but then she said I'll do it. I'm not one to complain but we all have our bad days don't take them to work.

        Miserable staff, overpriced. Went for the sausage swirl, got given a dried up sausage on a dry roll, not offered butter or sauce. Wont be returning
