Avoid this company as they are not customer focused, totally inflexible and offer no support for a faulty refill cartridge stating a 12 month warranty. I stock cartridges as my printer is essential to my business operation and my cartridge was purchased last March (Covid meant my printer wasn't used as much!) Consumer rights act states 6 years for faulty goods and a business should always have an element of flexibility to offer a valued customer of 9 years.

Have used these replacement inks many times over the genuine inks , allways worked well ,no problems ,good flow and reliable with both my printers Epson and HP these cartridges have been efficient . Excellent service, helpful advice and arrived very quickly,well packaged,and are exactly as described. Efficient, fast and cheap. Indra Nathaniel Order Number: 1627782

I have had customer experience with this company and it is not good. I contacted 'Cartridge Ink' (known as Cartridge Discount) to share that another own-brand ink company informed me that they stood by their ink quality, would even offer a warranty plus a year to return the cartridge if unopened and will cover any printer damage if necessary. In short, I asked can Cartridge Ink provide any assurances that their ink is good quality also and that it won't cause damage? Their response? "We don't offer the same terms and conditions" So that's a no then.. I asked to speak to the owner to discuss the poor customer service in private, for this representative offers no positive response to encourage the sale or to assure new customers that their ink will be as good quality as genuine cartridges. "the owner doesn't speak to customers" was the clipped response. If we cannot share a response in private, we must share it publicly. Genuine cartridges are 105 for my model and 55 here but they are also 68 elsewhere. Don't go for the cheapest (this firm), you will still save a lot of money with another own-brand ink company versus the genuine cartridge and unlike Cartridge Ink, other firms stand by their ink quality even provide money-back guarantees. I chose 2-stars to avoid damaging their business too much as we are in a pandemic but their customer service agent directly caused this review.

Wrong delivery address and very little empathy I have used Cartridge discount on several occasions, its been cheap and with reasonable service, but on this occasion I gained no empathy or interest in trying to correct what I believed to be a delivery address system error. I used PayPal to pay and used the PayPal system to confirm my delivery address. But i believe Cartridge Discount probably used their outdated data on their unregulated GDPR data system and used an address from 3 or 4 year ago which is no longer in use or relevant to me or anyone else, Cartridge Discount showed no empathy whatsoever to the loss I had occurred and even told me to go get it from the wrong address to which it may have been delivered.... very poor customer service and not as their website suggests to be as excellent customer service.
