I was initially happy with this service for arranging power of attorney over my father. I've just received a bill almost a year later since it was all sorted out that I owe another 650. This is causing a lot of stress for me and my parents. Must be looking to cover their Xmas bonus / party !!

Following a very positive initial consultation my partner was encouraged with instructing this firm with lodging a medical negligence claim on her behalf. After the initial signs of good personal communication this quickly tapered off to be informed in a very generic final letter, almost a year later stating they wouldn't be willing to take the matter further. This letter has not provided any specific fact or rationale in relation to the case as to why this decision has been made leading me to speculate had they simply forgotten about the case?! I can not encourage anybody reading this review to use a solicitors firm, who in my humble opinion, have on this occasion failed their customer. Two years have now passed since the initial incident leaving us, due to the significant delay and lack of correspondence from this firm very little time or opportunity to progress this claim ourselves before the statue of limitations in making a civil claim arises. CAN NOT recommend!
