Thankyou qfit, for providing me such a wonderful dietician Ms Athira anil.. I was not at all reducing even when cutting down with carbs, sugar and the total quantity for months.. My dream came true with my dietician Ms Athira... Im really surprised with the healthy diet she provided for me including all the nutrients necessary for each once body and reminding each time along with keeping on guiding on each food we have... I really love her.. Will keep going with her... Hope to reduce more...:)
