Hi, who do I talk to about a complaint. Ordered food for delivery on Sunday via the app which came from this branch. The food was stone cold on arrival so as advised on your app, i called and spent 20 minutes on the phone to uber eats who refused to refund the items that should have been hot because they delivered within 22 minutes. As I said to them more than once on the phone, I wasn't questioning their delivery times. The restaurant were obviously sending out cold food. The woman on the phone was no use and actually quite rude. I tried the head office customer services number and was advised I had to deal with ubereats which obviously wasn't going to work! So, I decided to then ring you directly and spoke to Courtney who was the manager on duty. I got nowhere there either and was told all she could do was have a word with the team. There was no attempt to take my details and investigate to come back to me when she couldn't find the details she needed on her system, and when I suggested doing that I was informed that she wouldn't be able to do anything about it anyway. My options are rapidly disappearing so I have contacted my bank who have advised me that once the payment clears, I can then raise a dispute and this is something they regularly have to do with mcdonalds deliveries because neither mcdonalds or uber eats will take responsibility for subpar food. Really very disappointing from such a large company. So, here I find myself writing a review in the hope that this issue will reach someone who actually gives a toss about the people who keep them in business! I will go down the dispute route with the bank if I have to as the food had to be binned due to being inedible on arrival. If I can resolve this directly with you, that would be appreciated. As I explained to both Ubereats and yourselves, I don't expect a refund on the milkshake. Just the items that should have been hot. I leave this in what I hope are very capable hands and hope to hear something!

Maximum permitted stay for the Carpark is only 90mins. Be careful ! We come to this McD with two kids and baby in the rainy day. We only rush into the restaurant without alert and notice about it. It becomes Expensive meal.
