This was our first time at Nandos in Cramlington although we visit other Nandos quite regularly. The restaurant was not busy at all as it was a weekday at 12noon. Shown to a table very promptly and had our order taken with no wait. We each ordered butterfly chicken, asked for it well done, and 2 sides. When the food eventually came the chicken and the chips were only luke warm, the rice was slightly hotter. When the staff member came to ask if "everything was alright" with our food I pointed out that it was not very hot. He went away to speak to his manager and came back to offer us a free dessert which we declined. Shame but we won't be returning. We like Nandos, but it's not cheap so I won't pay over 30 for lukewarm food
