        Started working for this charity in Cramlington 26 years ago and believed in the charity ethos. The staff who work here are a great bunch who want to see the people we support have the same life choices and opportunities as we do. Great place to be employed

        Azure is a great charity for disabled people and I love the ethos of it. However, it isnt so great to work for, the management is lazy and poor.
