        This place is a must for anyone needing supplies for damp proofing, Timber treatments (woodworm, wet rot, dry rot), and mould/condensation. They have everything in stock and on the shelves ready to take away immediately. Expert technical help is available and they can deliver too. They also stock building materials including sand/cement/gravel etc (the only one left in Cramlington I think) The prices are excellent, they claim to be the best in Britain!

        10 delivery charge and no sign of my product after 2 weeks, no updates on what is happening despite my raising the issue after 1 week. They then blame the courier when I chase and now waiting for a refund which does not appear to be happening. Update - finally received the refund once I managed to deal with someone different. Then low and behold the same day the product arrived - 3 weeks after ordering, (with a next day delivery sticker on it) and after I had ordered from another supplier.
