After a bad experience via another supplier used Tyne Blinds very pleased and manufactured replacement vertical blind head rail as requested and will go straight to Tyne Blinds if I require another replacement head rail also fantastic price. Just brilliant.

First of all were in no way affiliated to or know anyone personally at Tyne Blinds. What can I say, Tyne blinds and in particular Ashleigh, youre absolute stars in fact youre 5 stars (more if I could!) Weve ordered 3 times now with this company, the first time during 2021. Our first order went missing, nothing to do with the company, the couriers messed up. I wouldnt have mentioned it but I always think the mark of a company is how they deal with problems. Ashleigh was straight on to it and our order was resent with no fuss and an apology, they took ownership of the issue and resolved it quickly. Our 2nd order was months later but we ordered to match our previous one, perfect match and no problems. 3rd order is currently being processed but before placing the order I wanted to check a few things with them. Again I dealt with Ashleigh. Unfortunately the style Id previously ordered had now been superseded, thats fine these things happen. Samples of alternatives were offered and promptly sent out, a couple of emails later and I was happy to place my order. Theyve been brilliant every time and Id have no hesitation recommending them.

I wouldnt have mentioned it but I always think the mark of a company is how they deal with problems.
