Staff need retraining when coming into contact with members of the public (see random outing youtube video) . Dinosaur of a security guard who doesnt know the laws of photography, and female member of staff who talks down to people. One star is too many for this company

Having watched the YouTube video of a photographer informing the security guard what he was LAWFULLY doing I think a one star review is one star too many. Why was the photographer told he cant do his lawful activity, and then the security guard and another member of staff actually arguing with him is ridiculous. Photographers follow the law, not company policy. And no SIA license on display either. Re-training and education required I think.

So where do I start? Waste management teamleads dont have any communication together.. make stuff up as they go along. They don't have enough staff to start with. Theres that many people on the sick. Then Matthew short (one the site service team lead) sacks me because I had a attitude problem? and left site half hour before my overtime shift was finshed. That half hour early I left was my break by the way. Because there that short on staff I worked from the Monday night till the Monday morning. That's 7 night shifts off the belt. Then back in Tuesday morning. But because I left at 12:30 instead 13:00 I got sacked coz for my safety aswell as the company i left work because i was deid on my feet.. Amazing. What happened to staff confidentiality? Team leads slagging off other team leads? Telling employers why other team leads are off on sick. And that they wouldn't be coming back. But funny thing about it is that i required a meeeting with both team leads and supervisor and not one them could answer the phone or even text back. Got a new name for site service. (Backstabbing service)
