I noticed that everything was fully stocked and no empty shelves so everything that I needed I could actually get then and there.
The two staff members that appeared to be on shift who served me were Katie and Sarah; they really are ambassadors for the company.
This was actually a return visit after receiving amazing service previously around Christmas, great store, great staff!

Very unhelpful with no public skills at all & they unable to provide unternitives to there products to non trade public so left with nothing.
Will go back again with my certification some other day soon.
