        Booked in a same day battery change, job was complete efficiently and also sorted some well needed oil and coolant. As far as customer service goes, Anth couldnt have done anything more for me. Cheers

        Only giving one star as zero stars isn't an option. An absolute disaster from start to finish. Their website let me book an audio fitting evaluation only to be told, on arrival, that this branch doesn't do audio fitting but apparently they know enough about it to tell me that Halfords doesn't like working on my car model (a Citroen Cactus, hardly an obscure model) Was told they had 'been trying to contact me' but were unable, despite receiving MULTIPLE emails from Halfords CONFIRMING my appointment. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, so Halfords is now no longer an option that I'll be considering for ANYTHING in the future.
