Bedale Boarding Kennels & Cattery.

I made enquiries for a weekend stay for my American Bulldog who is a handful, he is a very friendly boy but is lead reactive with others and a very boss boy! The owner asked me to bring him to see if he would be able to board him. The owner walked my AB around and was able to control him with a few commands. The kennels and areas where my AB would be walked are clean and well kept with no bad odours. We did unfortunately have to cancel our stay in the end, but I will use this service in the future.

After visiting numerous catteries to house our twelve year old pet cat which we found to be impersonal or too sterile to look after our Daughters beloved cat. My Wife and I have worked in professional / retail for numerous years and we found the whole Team to be extremely helpful, professional and caring. Pre booking advice was in depth and bespoke, arrival and collection service was excellent and we would highly recommend. The service we received was tailored to our cats needs and explained. Thank you to you all as Bear returned home very happy.

Had our 3 dogs stay for a week while we went away on holiday and all of them have been very well looked after and their different diets/ways of eating met! Very happy with the service provided and will use again.

Rude people, no tact or diplomacy. Nothing like good customer service. I know they are boarding kennels but they still have to deal with people AND dogs. Needless to say won't be using them again! A little overpriced as well for what you get. They lure you in with a 15 a night but not over a weekend more like double! The dogs are kept in the old pig pen, with pigglet lamps to keep warm. It looks clean enough, not many other dogs there though so I guess I missed any previous bad reviews! Avoid if you can, use if your desperate!

We needed to go in holiday in another country and we couldn't take our little doggo with us, and we had so much luck with Bedale boarding kennels because they accepted us in the last minute. The personnel is very friendly and professional. They took very good care of our little Pepper. We definitely recommend it.
