Matthew gives a very professional, efficient and very competitively priced service. We are turning a 2 bedroom terraced property into a 4 bedroom HMO with 2 en-suites with loft conversion. Matthew completed all the drawings and information we required for the planning and building regulations department of the council. I will definitely be using Kree8 Architects for all future Architect services.

Came out 2 days after I contacted him, took all the measurements and pictures of everything, had a good sit down bouncing ideas of each other, and few weeks later had all the drawings,1 tiny adjustment, which he changed the same day, left Matt to sort the planning permission, didnt have to do nothing or chase anything up, and been approved, already recommended him to others, and would do so again.

More than happy to recommend Kree8 Ltd. Matt and Rachel has been super helpful in assisting with our extension plans which got approved recently. Getting through the delays with the council through Covid backlogs and making changes to the plans to accommodate multiple change requests. Overall Matt and Rachel are very approachable, friendly and supportive. Provides good advice on the designs and knowledgable about many aspects of the planning process. I would use them again and recommend to friends and family.
