I was in a tricky spot; first-time car buyer with absolutely no knowledge of cars and no car-knowledgeable friends to ask for advice, so I was quite anxious! Brad was absolutely fantastic, guiding me through the whole process, always made himself available to answer questions and was very transparent, honest, and helpful. The car itself was exactly as described, and a very good price. When Brad learned I was an NHS keyworker he very kindly changed the break discs, pads and car battery free of charge to ensure I wouldn't have any issues commuting for a long time to come, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and is much appreciated. I warmly recommend them for the brilliant customer care and trustworthiness.

Found this company on Auto trader, can not fault them , Brad was lovely and helpful. The lovely Beetle cabriolet was exactly as described, a quick and simple process of exchange of cars. His business partner was very helpful on running us through the new car, and its workings. All in all 100% satisfied. Thanks guys.

I normally would go to a main dealer to buy my cars, but I was recommended to go to Hunters Lodge Cars and I couldn't be happier. We were looked after from start to finish and the spec we asked for was matched with one of their cars in stock. The car was in mint condition inside and out, with a new turbo and cambelt added recently we drove away feeling like we had bagged a real bargain. We probably saved ourselves over a grand from buying via main dealership.. Brad looked at the tyres and although they didn't need replacing yet, said he would change the front two for us before we took delivery. We bought a VW Golf 2.0 GT Tdi. We would highly recommend Hunters Lodge Cars for your next car purchase and we ourselves will be coming back in the future.

The service I've received after buying my Audi A4 is second to none. Unfortunately the car developed a fault within the 3 months warranty which was provided but this did not deter me. Brad and Dave have been amazing, they got the car booked into my local garage and footed the bill. Now the car is running perfect again. Great communication with myself. I would 100% buy from here again knowing that I am looked after even after leaving the forecourt! Spot on.
