Pitch was double booked so our game kept getting stopped! Manager is in the thesaurus next to SUPER RETARDATION! Says he dont know what a booking system is and says it is really busy inside! Only person inside was the cleaner licking the windows! Hill is a joke to walk up! They need to add a escalator for people with eating disorders like myself!

Had high hopes on returning to this venue after many years away, unfortunately will not be returning. The organisation is awful as pitches booked out would be miss placed to different customers and trying to resolve issue without staff causes a hostile environment. Due to this we would be constantly interrupted by other customers trying to use our pitch. This is not what you want pay for at all. When confronting the manager he was very unhelpful and blamed customers for the issues and would not take responsibility for poor organisation. Would not recommend this venue.

Apparently, it's not their fault if people go on the wrong pitch. I'm sure as a football 5 aside venue, their only job is to direct people to which pitch they have been assigned. Booked an hour slot, the pitch we were assigned to go on, had someone on who had an additional hour, so we were assigned a different pitch by staff due to someone being on the pitch, which from half way through, we managed maybe 15 minutes of football after being interrupted 3 times, by the next booking, who hadnt been told they were on a different pitch, and staff. Confusion ensued as no one knew what was going on. The manager afterwards stated "Unfortunately we can't do anything about people going on wrong pitches" No responsibility taken, no offer of a discount for next booking, or some money back for not getting our full hour. In the words of Roy Keane "Its your job" Try doing it...
