I can honestly say becoming part of Empire has changed my life. Rhys and the team are engaging and make me want to do better. Ive met some great people who have become good friends. When I first started going to Empire I had no idea what I was doing in the gym but I found if I was stuck theres always someone to help out and show me the right way. Ive never felt anxious or embarrassed to be there and work out. Rhys is always getting new equipment and makes sure the machines he has are looked after so well. The place is always spotless too. Prior to joining Empire I had been to another bootcamp but got very disengaged as the sessions were so repetitive and I felt like I was never really challenged. Rhys has never missed an opportunity to push me and never lets me get away with slacking. The bootcamp session are always tailored to you as an individual so youre given weights targets for your strength and any injuries are always taken into account and exercises modified. I can honestly say Ive never done the same bootcamp twice and Ive been going for 2 years now. We are all treated as an Empire family and are very proud of the new place to work out (it looks great). I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Empire1. You are truly the best !!!
