Coxwold Cottages - holiday cottage and shepherd's hut

The warm and friendly welcome was just the start of a relaxing and very comfortable short break for us at Forge Cottage. Carol and Simon have put a great deal of thought and effort into ensuring their guests enjoy this very cosy and well equipped cottage. The welcome pack of goodies and essentials adds to the overall feeling of finding somewhere special. Thank you. As well as enjoying these delights there are some great places to visit and opportunities for local and not so local walks, and a great pub just up the road...perfect!

Carol and Simon were very welcoming and we found Forge cottage extremely comfortable with everything we could possibly need including a very generous welcome pack and a delicious homemade cake. The cottage is in a beautiful village, perfect for some P&Q but not too far from larger towns so theres plenty to visit and beautiful Byland Abbey is just down the road 5 minutes away .
